World Fit Activities allows you to invite as many faculty members (or anyone else) to create accounts. They can then play roles in managing the walk.
1. Log into the Dashboard: https://worldfitactivities.org
2. Click Members in the main menu
3. Click the Invite Member button
4. Enter their email and role (member for team leader, coordinator for full access)
Faculty Members can either log in as Coordinators or Members.
Coordinator accounts have full control over your school’s World Fit account. They can see all participants, update the school details, invite other faculty, etc … When using the App, they can judge all suspect entries and log for any student.
Member accounts are responsible for Teams of Participants. For example, a teacher who acts as a team leader for their homeroom would be a member. You can also invite any faculty members who want to participate in the Games through this interface.
